Job summary

Robinhood is seeking an iOS Engineer Intern to join the Apple Design Award–winning team and help expand Robinhood's mobile experience. You will own features end-to-end—from inception through feedback, implementation, and launch—while collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers.

You will work with Swift, UIKit, and iOS/watchOS APIs on a fast-moving fintech platform with in-person collaboration in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY offices.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong product sense and experience working closely with Product Designers.
• Deep understanding of UIKit.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for tackling tough technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Build smooth, stable, and beautiful products using Swift and the latest iOS and watchOS APIs.
• Own features from inception, through design feedback, implementation, and launch.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and Data Engineers.
• Work with technologies such as UIKit, Auto Layout, RxSwift, Core Graphics, Core Animation, Lottie, Core Data, and a VIPER-esque Architecture.
