Job summary

Notion is building the iOS platform that helps engineers ship confidently. As Notion’s mobile team grows, we’re turning the first generation of mobile foundations into a durable platform: clearer architecture, ergonomic testing, dependable observability, and faster CI/CD.

You’ll shape the iOS stack end to end, from shared frameworks and build systems to release quality, with opportunities to work across our shared Rust layer and AI infrastructure for mobile development.

Qualifications

• Deep iOS engineering experience at scale.
• Platform or infrastructure experience on mobile CI/CD, testing platforms, or shared frameworks.
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to explain trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Make the iOS platform agent-ready for developers and agents.
• Define how iOS features are built and ship developer tools within the first year.
• Raise the bar for iOS reliability and release quality across builds, tests, and CI/CD.
