The Ness Center in Louisiana is seeking an Intensive Outpatient Therapist to provide group, individual, and family therapy within our IOP. You will assess, plan, and document treatment for adults, adolescents, and families dealing with mental health and co-occurring challenges.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions and support lasting emotional wellness in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a mental health field required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in psychiatric, mental health, or substance use treatment settings.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions.
• Provide individual and family therapy as needed.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment goals.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and other treatment team members.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination activities.
