Job summary

The Josselyn Center NFP in Grayslake, Illinois is seeking a dedicated IOP Group Therapist to join our care team. You will facilitate group therapy sessions for clients in our Intensive Outpatient Program, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse support in a supportive setting.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and has experience with mental health care plus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• LCPC or LCSW licensure preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients in the IOP program.
