Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
• Experience with mental health and with young children is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients in the IOP program.
• Conduct individual assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and participate in supervision.
