Job summary

SOS Wellness in Middletown, Ohio is seeking an Ohio-licensed LICDC, LCDC II, or LCDC III clinician to lead substance use disorder IOP groups and perform assessments in our in-person program. This is a 1099 contract role, available as part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LICDC II/III or LICDC license; LCDC applicants may be independently licensed.
• Experience in substance use counseling, group facilitation, and assessments; IOP experience preferred.
• Ability to document and plan within license scope and supervision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured substance use treatment groups for adults in our IOP.
• Conduct substance use assessments, gather history and document findings.
• Develop and update treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Maintain clear assessment records, group notes and progress documentation.
• Coordinate care with therapists, case managers and psychiatric providers.
• Refer diagnostic decisions outside scope to qualified providers.
