Job summary

SOS Wellness is seeking an IOP Therapist to join our Ohio practice in Middletown or Norwood. The role supports in-person small-group IOP work with kids, teens, and adults, plus individual counseling, under Ohio licenses.

We value autonomy, collaborative team culture, and patient-centered care; telehealth may be used when appropriate, with a current priority on in-person Middletown groups. Full-time or part-time positions available; 1099 consideration.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LCDC II/III, LICDC, LISW, or LPCC license.
• Experience facilitating treatment groups.
• Comfort working with Medicaid populations.
• Willingness to work in Middletown and Norwood with in-person priority.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate IOP therapy groups and provide individual counseling within your Ohio license.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and medical director on integrated plans.
• Practice at Middletown, OH or Norwood, OH; priority on Middletown groups.
• Full-time or part-time; include availability; group times discussed with candidates.
