Job summary

Horizon Health is seeking a qualified IOP Program Coordinator (LCSW or LPC) in Montgomery, AL to lead the Intensive Outpatient Program and ensure high-quality behavioral health interventions. The role focuses on implementation, staff supervision, and adherence to regulatory standards.

The position requires a licensed clinician with at least five years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with clients, families, and community partners to support treatment

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree required.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Workers LCSW or Licensed Professional Counselors LPC license in Alabama - required.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of behavioral health disorders, crisis intervention techniques, therapeutic modalities, and familiarity with community resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, deliver counseling, and evaluate program outcomes.
• Oversee implementation and QA of behavioral health interventions and document compliance.
• Coordinate daily operations of the IOP, including staff training and supervision.
• Engage with community partners to promote the IOP and manage referrals.
• Coordinate care with families and outside resources; handle crisis calls and evaluations.
• Coordinate diagnostic procedures and ensure consistency with standards.
• Handle patient grievances and incident reports.
• Prepare reports for senior management and regulators.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
