Fort Lauderdale Behavioral Health Center, a 182-bed acute care psychiatric hospital in the Oakland Park section of Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking an IOP/PHP Therapist to provide group, individual and family therapy within our inpatient and intensive outpatient programs.

The therapist will perform psychosocial assessments, formulate treatment plans, recognize crises and deliver interventions, and collaborate closely with peers, physicians and staff to support patient recovery.

Responsibilities

• The IOP/PHP Therapist will conduct group, individual and family therapy.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and formulate treatment plans based on individuals needs.
• Recognize crisis situations and provide interventions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers, administrators, physicians, and allied staff is a must.
