Job summary
Sero Mental Health in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a PHP/IOP Dietitian to support nutritional care for clients in intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization programs. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field is required.
- Master's degree in nutrition or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with eating disorders.
- Experience with children and adolescents required.
- Experience in higher levels of care is required.
Responsibilities
- Complete nutrition assessments for IOP/PHP clients with mood, anxiety, and eating disorders.
- Develop treatment goals related to nutrition and modify as needed.
- Document daily nutrition assessments, meal plans, and meal support.
- Provide meal/snack support and supervision.
- Deliver nutrition groups as needed.
- Educate staff and parents on individualized meal plans.
- Coordinate with outside providers as needed.
- Coordinate weekly meal/snack orders for clients.
