Job summary

Simply Bee is seeking a PHP/IOP Therapist & Coordinator in Vernon Hills, IL to serve individuals and families in Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospital Programs. The role combines individual, family, and group therapy with clinical documentation and program coordination.

The position requires a Master’s in counseling or related field, active licensure or licensure pursuit, and 2+ years of relevant experience in mental health therapy. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field is required.
• Current licensure/registration must be maintained in good standing or actively pursued.
• 2+ years of counseling, social work, or related mental health experience required.

Responsibilities

• Document daily assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Align with the program's values of quality, caring, and growth.
• Coordinate with management to complete authorization forms and admin tasks.
• Document case management activities in internal systems daily.
• Communicate with external agencies (doctors, educators, legal, others) as needed.
• Participate in mandatory staffing meetings and team rounds.
