Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Vernon Hills, IL seeks a PHP/IOP Dietitian to develop nutrition plans for IOP/PHP clients. The role includes assessments and education to support treatment goals and daily progress within the EMR system.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in nutrition, two years with eating disorders, and Illinois licensure. A Master’s degree is preferred and a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. This is a full-time on-site role with collaborative care in a client-centered program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in nutrition or related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience working with Eating Disorders is required.
• Experience working with children and adolescents is required.
• Experience in higher levels of care is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete Nutrition assessments and regular follow ups with IOP/PHP clients with mood, anxiety, and eating disorders.
• Develop and support clients in treatment goals related to nutrition and modify as needed.
• Responsible for daily documentation including nutrition assessments, meal plans, and meal support.
• Provide meal/snack support and supervision.
• Provide Nutrition Groups as needed.
• Educate staff and parents on individualized meal plan.
• Complete client documentation in EMR system.
• Coordinate with outside providers as needed.
• Coordinate and manage client weekly meal/snack ordering.
• Reinforce clinical services and staff adherence to the practice’s values of care, quality and growth.
• Exhibit competency behaviors of collaborating with team members and contributing to hive mind with knowledge.
• Complete continuing education courses to maintain Illinois state licensure.
• Demonstrates ability to conduct thorough nutritional assessments for eating disorders.
