Job summary

Family Care Center in Pflugerville, TX is seeking an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Provider to deliver evidence-based behavioral health care in an outpatient setting.

Lead assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise staff within a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on recovery, client progress, and collaborative care. A Master’s degree and LCSW/LPC/LMFT licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field and state licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health.
• Experience applying evidence-based treatments for multiple behavioral health disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health and substance use issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Lead group therapy sessions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress and document interventions in EHR.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure high-quality care.
