Qualifications

• 2+ years in semiconductor manufacturing owning or engineering support equipment, or 5+ years with an associate degree.
• Onsite work in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and apply Agentic AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own ion implantation equipment performance, reliability, and sustainment with health metrics and standards.
• Improve uptime, reliability, and defect reduction via data analysis and SPC.
• Lead equipment change reviews, risk assessments, qualifications, and tool upgrades.
• Collaborate with process engineering, fabrication, and vendors to meet production needs.
• Identify and implement productivity and efficiency improvements through automation and monitoring.
• Analyze equipment and data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Apply emerging AI technologies to support equipment engineering activities.
