Job summary

Graver Technologies LLC in Newark, NJ is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Technician to support manufacturing of Ion Exchange products. This second shift role runs Monday through Friday, 2 pm to 10:30 pm, focusing on routine QC testing of raw materials, finished products, and beads, Gravex, and powders.

You will record results, prepare COA/COC/ COO, help develop methods, maintain equipment, and train staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related sciences preferred, with 0–5 years lab experience.
Associate’s degree in Chemistry with 3–10 years lab experience.
High school diploma with 10–15 years in a lab environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
Ability to work in a small cohesive team.
Self-driven, results oriented.

Responsibilities

Perform analytical QC testing on raw materials, finished products, and beads as assigned.
Keep accurate, retrievable records of material analyzed in the QC Lab.
Prepare COA/COC/COO certificates and ensure timely results.
Label products and complete contract review forms for orders.
Provide analytical support for laboratory instrumentation.
Develop or update test methods and SOPs.
Train laboratory staff and maintain equipment daily.
Work cooperatively with the team and management.
