MPOWERHealth seeks an experienced IOM Technologist to monitor the brain, spinal cord, and nerves in real time during complex spinal and neurological surgeries. You will partner with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to protect patient safety and guide intraoperative decisions.

In this role you will review patient history, interpret electrophysiological data, and document accurately. A CNIM credential or eligibility, a Bachelor's degree, and 1 year of IONM experience are required.

Qualifications

• CNIM or CNIM-eligible
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• Minimum 1 year of IONM experience
• Strong foundation in neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
• AHA CPR certified | Valid Driver's License
• A communicator and a collaborator — equally comfortable working independently or as part of a surgical team

Responsabilités

• Meet with patients before incision to review history and explain neuromonitoring and safety
• Continuously read electrophysiological data and alert the surgical team in real time
• Work with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to influence decisions
• Interpret waveforms, correlate with surgical events, and document findings accurately
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives in care
