Providence Health & Services in Seattle seeks a Neurophysiology/Intraoperative Monitoring specialist to perform comprehensive monitoring across complex surgeries, including cerebellopontine angle and spinal procedures, with minimal supervision. The role involves contributing to software and procedure development to optimize monitoring and maintain clear communication with surgical teams.

Performs all modalities of Neurophysiology/Neurovascular and other Intraoperative Monitoring with minimal supervision, including cerebellopontine angle tumor surgery, intracranial tumor and aneurysm surgery/procedures, spinal surgeries (including spinal deformity), thoracic aortic aneurysm surgery, and peripheral nerve surgeries. Participates in the development, selection, and implementation of software and procedures needed to provide optimal monitoring. Provides adequate recordings, troubleshoots technical problems, and keeps surgeons and IOM physicians informed of significant changes, including the loss of waveforms being monitored.

Pay range: $44.35 - $68.86 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
