Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in finance/accounting within transportation or logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and audits customer and vendor invoices.
• Learns systems and suggests process improvements for customers or users.
• Reviews service logistics revenue streams to minimize leakage and margin erosion.
• Interacts with Operations, other departments, and customers with clear communication.
• Processes and submits weekly invoices; pulls reports and audits data for accuracy.
