Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Business Specialist to support accounts in a defined area, focusing on customer invoicing and process standardization. You’ll work with diverse invoicing solutions and contribute to the CoE team’s long-term strategy for invoicing improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 1+ years in finance/accounting within logistics. Excellent communication, teamwork, and MS Office skills are essential. Onsite with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in finance/accounting within logistics or transportation.
• Strong verbal communication and training skills.
• Team-oriented and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Oracle AR & AP and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and audit customer and vendor invoices.
• Understand the organization’s systems and suggest process improvements.
• Analyze revenue streams to minimize leakage and margin erosion.
• Communicate effectively with Operations, internal teams, and customers.
• Process weekly freight invoices and pull reports for accuracy.
