Job summary

Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional for the Ohio Customer Service Center in Marysville. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with off-site work, requiring at least four days in the office weekly.

You will manage invoicing, pricing and accounts receivable for automotive customers, coordinating with sales, delivery and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes, while maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5–7 years’ invoicing/accounting experience in automotive industry.
• Strong organizational skills in accounts receivable, delivery and customer relations.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Excellent in Excel (VLOOKUP) and word processing for clear documentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review packing lists daily to process invoices for customers.
• Interface with automotive customers for invoicing and payment discrepancies.
• Research aging reports and resolve past-due invoices.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery and internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Work with SEWS IS department to improve efficiencies and update systems.
• Provide administrative support such as audits and special requests.
