Job summary

Volks Resources LLC in Plano, TX is hiring an Invoicing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure accurate and timely client billing and maintain strong client relationships.

You will work closely with staff bookkeeper/accountant to keep financial records up to date, prepare and submit invoices, track receivables, and provide regular invoice reporting to leadership. On-site role at our Plano headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of invoicing, accounts receivable, or billing coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit invoices per client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to process invoices and resolve billing questions.
• Track outstanding receivables and follow up on payments.
• Reconcile payments with the Bookkeeper/Accountant to maintain records.
• Maintain organized records of client billing communications.
• Provide invoice and collections reporting to leadership.
• Contribute to improvement of invoicing processes.

Role Overview

The Invoicing & Accounts Receivable Specialist will ensure accurate and timely client billing, track payments, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the invoicing process. This role partners closely with the Staff Bookkeeper/Accountant to keep financial records precise and up to date.

• Proficiency with QuickBooksor similar accounting software.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
