Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking an Invoice Support Account Specialist 1 to manage and resolve inbound calls and emails from customers regarding invoice issues. You will document and forward calls, manage emails, and communicate with collection agencies and the Credit and Collections teams.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED; data entry and customer service experience are preferred. The position operates on First Shift within a leading LTL logistics provider in the Southeast.

• Manage SEFL personal and team email inboxes and file documentation in the imaging system.
• Correspond with collection agencies via email and provide documentation to customers upon request.

As an Invoice Support Account Specialist 1, you will be responsible for managing and resolving incoming phone calls and emails from the Company’s customers, which may arise from requests, disputes or complaints. Also responsible for working to resolve customer issues. Handle incoming calls to resolution. Document and forward calls needing additional support to the appropriate associate. Manage emails, correspondence, phone calls, etc. from customers regarding invoice support issues. Manage personal SEFL email inbox and the Invoice Support team’s email inbox. Image all documentation into the Company’s imaging system. Correspond with collection agencies via email. Send documentation to customers upon request. Interact with the Credit and Collections teams on a daily basis. Also interact with the Traffic Department and Service Centers as needed. For this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or GED. We prefer that you have previous data entry and customer service experience.
