Job summary

Mansfield Energy Corp is seeking an Invoice Quality Control Specialist to monitor customer invoice timeliness and accuracy, and to drive improvements in the invoicing process. This role acts as the primary quality gate and interfaces with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

The position emphasizes initiative, problem-solving, and data-driven improvement across billing, onboarding, and reporting. The role offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and a competitive

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years business to business experience preferred.
  • 1+ years in quality control role preferred.
  • Petroleum industry experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee billing processes for customer accounts with intricate pricing models and high priority invoicing.
  • Assist with onboarding for new and legacy customers.
  • Run daily reports, analyze issues, and implement solutions for pending transactions.
  • Conduct routine quality reviews based on customer feedback and trends.
  • Evaluate AR reporting and resolve internal issues to prevent payment discrepancies.
  • Develop and present high-quality reporting to management and executives.
