Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an Invoice Processor on behalf of our client, a six-month to one-year contract in Juno Beach, FL. The role covers the full invoice lifecycle, including tracking, reviewing, approving, uploading, archiving, and resolving invoice issues.

Strong AP experience and SAP/SRM proficiency are required. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to manage inquiries, verify tax data, and assist with overdue or denied invoices, under W-2 terms.

About the role:

We're looking for an Invoice Processor on behalf of our client. This is a 6-months to 1-year contract assignment.(W-2). The Invoice Processor will support the full invoice lifecycle, including tracking, reviewing, approving, uploading, archiving, and resolving invoice-related issues. We are looking for strong Accounts Payable experience, advanced proficiency in SAP and SRM, and the ability to verify tax information, investigate delayed approvals, and assist with past due or denied invoices. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage client requests, answer invoice-related questions, and help ensure accurate invoice processing.

Location: Juno Beach, FL

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking, reviewing, approving invoices.
• Investigating slow approvals.
• Managing client requests and queries.
• Uploading and archiving invoice data.
• Verifying tax information.
• Assisting with past due or denied invoices.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and SRM.
• Extensive experience in processing invoices.
• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint and Outlook Express.
• Advanced ability to collaborate, manage client requests, and answer queries.
