Responsibilities

• Perform daily invoice processing into third party operating systems by accurately capturing invoice details within a timely manner
• Route invoices to correct point of contact and obtain approvals for invoice payment processing
• Effectively and professionally interact with internal and external customers to exchange information necessary to proactively resolve issues related to invoices
• Respond quickly and efficiently to customer requests and information to ensure timely payment of invoices resulting in retention of vendor discounts and avoidance of late fees
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice payment status
