Job summary

Environmental Works Inc. is seeking an Invoice Manager to ensure accurate project setup and timely invoicing across offices.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Client Managers, field teams, and accounting to support billing accuracy and project profitability. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows programs.

Responsibilities

• Review contract and project data to support accurate setup and invoicing.
• Prepare, review, and process project invoices accurately and timely.
• Enter and review daily project data for costing and client billing.
• Assist with WIP, billing moves, and invoice corrections as needed.
• Support project managers and client managers in billing status and timing.
