Job summary

CountryPlace Mortgage, a leading lender headquartered in Plano, TX, seeks a Senior Financial Transaction Analyst to strengthen the Finance Department. This in-person role focuses on data modeling, pricing models, and risk management to enhance reporting and profitability.

You will work with stakeholders to optimize processes, monitor transactions, and deliver insights that influence investment decisions and governance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics.
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis in mortgage or financial services.
• MSP and data warehouses experience preferred.
• MSP and Encompass software knowledge preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data modeling for investor transactions and due diligence activities; manage lifecycle of transactions with regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and reconcile investor data tapes and loan-level servicing data for due diligence and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate documentation for investor requests and audit inquiries; ensure audit-ready records.
• Perform financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and quantitative reporting to support investment decisions and governance.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product, Operations, Servicing, Tech, and Sales to support transactions and regulatory adherence.
