Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for investor inquiries and timely responses.
• Upload and maintain investor documents on the portal with confidentiality.
• Maintain investor records across CRM and portals (Salesforce/eFront).
• Assist with capital calls, distributions, and investor transactions.
• Ensure data and communications comply with policies.
• Coordinate with treasury, fund accounting, and reporting teams.
• Support onboarding of new investors and improve servicing processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI and automation tools.
• Help design, test, and maintain process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
