Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors in Colorado hybrid is seeking a customer service professional to provide world-class investor support over the phone, handling purchases, redemptions, and online issues with influenced product questions.

Must obtain FINRA SIE and Series 6/63 within 9 months. Expect a 40-hour week, potential overtime, and growth through training, with benefits and a competitive base salary in the Colorado market.

Qualifications

• FINRA SIE, Series 6, and 63 licenses required (must be obtained within 9 months of hire)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to providing world class customer service
• Ability to adapt to investor communication style while servicing diverse client base
• Strong willingness to learn and ask questions
• High degree of self-motivation and ability to be self-sufficient using available resources
• Attention to detail and ability to exercise discretion and judgement in helping investors
• Must be proficient in service, retirement, and product related questions within 9 months of hire or contract conversion
• Ability to work 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday 7 am – 4pm with occasional mandatory overtime

Responsibilities

• Provide world class service within our call center by applying industry and company knowledge to investors’ needs
• Answer account questions, process purchases, redemptions, exchanges and other transactions over the phone
• Help investors navigate and troubleshoot online issues using knowledge of the Janus Henderson website
• Identify and seek marketing campaign opportunities
• Resolve problems and correct complex errors identified by the investor or representative
• Meet & exceed productivity and quality metrics of call scoring
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Your opportunity

• Provide world class service within our call center by applying industry and company knowledge to our investors’ needs
• Answer account questions, process purchase, redemptions, exchanges and other account transactions over the phone
• Help investors navigate and trouble shoot online issues utilizing your trained expertise of the Janus Henderson website

Must have skills

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through October 2, 2026.
