Job summary

The Knoxville Chamber is seeking a Staff Accountant to support investor onboarding, maintain CRM records, process orders and invoices, and prepare financial reports.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Investor Development, and Investor Experience teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely communications with investors. This role is full-time, exempt, with 37.5+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as stated, in finance, accounting, business or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM or investor management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain CRM orders for investors.
• Complete the data entry and financial portions of onboarding, including investor accounts and billing details.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and assist with investor revenue recognition.
• Prepare, issue, and renew invoices and orders according to schedules.
• Coordinate handoffs so teams have information needed for welcome communications and benefits delivery.
• Provide administrative support for investor revenue and reporting.
