Job summary

Circle, a leading internet financial platform, is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to join its IR team. You will support communications with investors and analysts, translate complex financial dynamics into clear messaging, and collaborate with executive leadership and other functions to maintain a high-quality IR program.

The role requires strong financial modeling, capital markets knowledge, and experience with public company disclosures.

Qualifications

5+ years in finance or strategy.
Strong financial modeling and valuation.
Working knowledge of capital markets.
Experience with public company disclosures.
Excellent written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Support IR leadership in developing and maintaining relationships with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors.
Track and synthesize analyst and investor feedback; share insights to inform messaging.
Maintain and enhance valuation models, peer comparisons, and consensus tracking.
Stay current on Circle's strategic, operational, and financial developments and regulatory landscape.
Draft and prepare quarterly earnings materials, scripts, Q&A, and presentations.
Manage earnings process logistics, including calendar, quiet period, and external vendors.
Maintain and improve IR reporting infrastructure and shareholder analyses.
Collaborate with Communications, Legal, Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams to inform external positioning.
