Job summary

PEG Companies, Inc. is seeking an organized early-career professional to serve as Chief of Staff, supporting investor relations, investor communications, and investment-related initiatives.

Working closely with the Interim CEO, the successful candidate will help keep priorities moving, prepare accurate and polished materials, coordinate across teams, and provide responsive, professional support to investors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong grammar, proofreading, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Professional judgment, confidentiality, and comfort interacting with senior leaders and external investors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong analytical curiosity and ability to work with financial and operational information with guidance.
• Proactive, service-oriented attitude, adaptability, and willingness to handle both administrative details and substantive projects.

Responsibilities

• Investor Relations and Communications: support investor updates, quarterly reporting, and presentations with finance and investment teams.
• Investment Management and Special Projects: organize information for investor reporting and concise summaries for discussions and firm priorities.
• Interim CEO Support and Strategic Coordination: assist with priority meetings, agendas, briefing materials, and scheduling; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
