Brookfield Energy in New York seeks an Investor Relations professional to execute IR strategies, service investors, raise capital for Renewable Power & Transition, and contribute to content creation and thought leadership across Brookfield’s offerings.

You will manage relationships with colleagues and senior management to implement IR strategies, build awareness among institutional and retail shareholders, and grow the investor base in a fast-paced environment with strong career development

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant work experience with an undergraduate degree in finance, business, or economics.
• Pursuing or completed CPA/CA; CFA preferred.
• Understanding of private equity investment structures and institutional investors.
• Ability to translate financial topics into concise messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Team player; able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage investor relations, communications, and capital-raising for private funds.
• Monitor renewables market activity and industry trends.
• Prepare IR materials and internal communications for major transactions.
• Coordinate quarterly calls with private fund investors.
• Coordinate roadshows, conferences, investor meetings, and asset tours.
• Create tailored materials on emerging technologies and Brookfield capabilities.
• Collaborate with other Brookfield platforms to standardize IR materials.
• Support strategic initiatives across other IR functions.
• Plan and coordinate events, including Brookfield Global Investor Conference.
• Support various IR initiatives as required.
