Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead or support transaction execution and due diligence of investments.
• Allocate mandates and provide performance feedback to the team.
• Monitor portfolio assets and develop value-enhancing business plans.
• Conduct valuations using comparable analysis, precedents and DCF.
• Construct and maintain detailed financial models for decisions.
• Create investor materials and present to senior management.
