StepStone Group is seeking a dedicated Operations professional to support investor onboarding, reporting, and communications for private markets clients. This role collaborative across teams to manage funds, capital calls, and distributions while ensuring timely, accurate information for clients.

You will coordinate with vendors and platforms, track KPIs, and assist with diligence requests. A hybrid work model and commitment to client service are part of the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service, investor relations, or roles with external and internal communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, accounting, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 to 5 years of client service or private wealth operations experience.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate an exceptional client onboarding and ongoing experience for fund investors and reporting needs.
• Prepare investor communications for private equity funds, including quarterly reports, capital calls, distributions, and ad hoc updates.
• Coordinate with fund vendors to support investor access, reporting, and account setup and maintenance.
• Manage daily Operations team inquiries, routing and responding to client and partner questions.
• Liaise with custodians, distributors, and tech platforms to support investor transactions and reporting.
