Position Overview:

The Analyst of StepStone in Owings Mills will be responsible for supporting the activities of the Investment Team. This

primarily includes helping to maintain the fund’s internal database, data collection/processing, and data entry.

The Venture Capital Team:

StepStone’s venture capital team is active globally across primary fund investments, secondaries and direct investments. Our

scale, trusted manager relationships and research-focused approach provide us with a differentiated perspective and an

informational edge that helps us build high-quality venture portfolios for StepStone’s limited partners and advisory clients.

Essential Job Functions:

• Data entry and backfilling of underlying fund-related information
• Helping to maintain the fund’s internal database
• Database queries to support the investment team needs on an ad hoc basis
• Debriefing senior management related to fund information
• Collaborates with key stakeholders on implementation of strategic and business development needs
• Synthesizes and prepares PowerPoint presentations for analytical initiatives
• Perform other ad hoc projects, which may reflect the broader needs of the
• Firm such as fundraising, marketing and compliance

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
