Job summary

Circle is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to join its IR team. Reporting to the VP, Investor Relations, you will be a core contributor to the IR function, translating complex financial and industry dynamics into clear messaging for investors and analysts.

This role requires strong financial modeling, familiarity with capital markets, and the ability to work cross-functionally with FP&A, the CFO, and executive leadership to support investor relationships and public company

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance with a track record in finance or strategy.
• Strong proficiency in financial statements and modeling.
• Working knowledge of capital markets, particularly equities.
• Familiarity with public company disclosure/regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP, Investor Relations, SVP Strategic Finance, and CFO in developing and maintaining relationships with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors.
• Track and synthesize analyst and investor feedback, and share insights to inform messaging and engagement.
• Maintain and enhance valuation models, peer comparisons, and consensus tracking.
• Stay current on Circle's financial developments and regulatory landscape affecting IR messaging.
• Draft and prepare quarterly earnings materials, including scripts, Q&A, and presentations.
• Manage earnings process logistics and coordination with external vendors.
• Maintain IR reporting infrastructure and investor outreach tracking.
• Collaborate with Communications, Strategy/Policy, Legal, Marketing, Product and others to inform external positioning.
