Circle is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to join its IR team. You will work closely with FP&A, the CFO, and executives to communicate Circle's investment narrative and support investor relations initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance with a track record in analysis or strategy.
• Strong proficiency in financial statements and modeling.
• Experience with capital markets and investor communications.

Responsibilities

• Support relationships with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors.
• Synthesize analyst feedback and inform messaging for investors.
• Maintain valuation models and peer comparisons for Circle.
• Stay current on Circle developments, asset markets, and regulation.
• Draft quarterly earnings materials and conference materials.
• Coordinate earnings process logistics and vendor activities.
• Improve IR reporting infrastructure and investor analytics.
• Collaborate with Communications, Legal, Marketing, Product teams.
