Job summary

Fervo Energy in Houston seeks a Director of Investor Relations to lead investor communications and shape the company’s narrative for current and prospective capital partners. You will translate complex technical and financial information into clear investor communications and reports.

The role requires strong financial fluency, exceptional written and verbal skills, and the ability to manage quarterly earnings processes, analyst relations, and board reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, or equity research.
• Proven track record of building and managing relationships with institutional investors and equity research analysts.
• Deep familiarity with public company reporting obligations, SEC disclosure requirements, and Reg FD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own Fervo’s investor communications strategy, including investor presentations and quarterly reporting packages.
• Serve as primary contact for current and prospective investors, managing relationships and inquiries.
• Engage with equity research community and manage analyst relationships.
• Identify and pursue new institutional investors and manage outreach programs.
• Maintain consistent investor narrative across touchpoints and align external messaging with internal strategy.
• Manage investor conferences, roadshows, and investor day materials.
