Job summary

INF1NITY is seeking an Investor Relations Manager in Miami to build and lead its investor relations function as the platform scales. You will run capital raising across investment vehicles, manage relationships with accredited and institutional investors, and guide the IR team from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing engagement.

You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and senior leadership on fundraising strategy, investor targeting, and product feedback to inform growth plans

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in investor relations, capital raising, or related roles.
• Proven track record of raising capital for private placements or asset vehicles.
• 2+ years leading IR or sales teams against targets.
• Strong understanding of private market investments and fund structures.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with executives and high-net-worth investors.
• Strong network of investor relationships or proven ability to build one.
• Highly organized with experience managing complex pipelines and multiple conversations.
• Strong commercial judgment and ownership in fast-growing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and run capital raising across investment vehicles, with clear targets.
• Source, qualify, and convert accredited investors and institutions.
• Partner with Founder & CEO on strategy, targeting, and go-to-market plans.
• Lead investor meetings, roadshows, and credible investment storytelling.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and compliance on offering materials.
• Build and maintain long-term investor relationships and lead lifecycle activities.
• Develop investor communications including updates, letters, and events.
• Provide market feedback to leadership for product and strategy.
• Lead IR team through training, playbooks, and processes.
• Manage CRM and pipeline infrastructure for accurate reporting.
