Job summary

Circle is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to join its IR team in Miami. Reporting to the VP, Investor Relations, you'll work with FP&A, CFO, and executives to communicate Circle's investment narrative and support relationships with analysts and investors.

You'll draft quarterly earnings materials, manage earnings logistics, maintain IR reporting, and collaborate with Communications, Legal, Marketing, Product to align external messaging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance with a track record in analysis or strategy.
• Proficient in financial statements and modeling, including valuation.
• Working knowledge of capital markets, especially equities.
• Familiar with the disclosure and regulatory obligations of a public financial services company.
• Clear, articulate written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Comfort presenting to and working with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support IR leadership in investor relations activities.
• Track analyst and investor feedback and share insights to inform messaging and engagement.
• Maintain and enhance valuation models and peer comparisons.
• Stay updated on strategic, operational, and financial developments and regulatory landscape.
• Draft quarterly earnings materials, including scripts, Q&A, and presentations.
• Coordinate earnings process logistics and external vendors for smooth execution.
• Maintain IR reporting infrastructure and investor outreach tracking.
• Collaborate with Communications, Strategy/Policy, Legal, Marketing, Product to shape external positioning.
