Job summary

You will work directly with the principals and coordinate with the fund administrator, legal counsel, and accounting teams.

The role requires 2–5 years in investor relations or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in investor relations or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Accounting or Economics.
• Experience with investor reports and presentations.
• Experience with fund administrators, legal counsel, or accounting teams preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead point of contact for investors; respond to inquiries.
• Support subscription process and onboarding materials.
• Review subscription documents for completeness with fund administrator.
• Prepare and distribute investor reporting and updates.
• Answer questions on investments, distributions, tax documents, fund activity.
• Maintain accurate investor records in CRM.
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and events.
• Assist in developing onboarding, reporting, and communication processes.
