Job summary

Circle is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to join its IR team. Reporting to the VP, Investor Relations, you will be a core contributor to the IR function, working closely with FP&A, the CFO, and executive leadership to communicate Circle's investment narrative.

This role requires strong working knowledge of capital markets, solid analytical and financial modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex business dynamics into clear messages for investors and analysts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance or strategy.
• Strong skills in financial statements, modeling, and valuation.
• Familiarity with capital markets and public company disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP, Investor Relations, SVP Strategic Finance, and CFO in developing relationships with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors.
• Track and synthesize analyst and investor feedback, sharing insights to inform messaging.
• Maintain and enhance Circle's valuation models, peer comparisons, and consensus tracking.
• Stay current on Circle's developments and regulatory landscape affecting investors.
• Draft and prepare quarterly earnings materials, scripts, Q&A, and presentations.
• Manage earnings process logistics, including the earnings calendar and external vendors.
• Maintain and improve IR reporting infrastructure and shareholder base analysis.
• Collaborate with Communications, Legal, Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams to shape external positioning.
