Job summary

Fortress Investment Group is seeking an Analyst/Associate in Institutional Sales to support senior Relationship Managers and the sales team. You will coordinate due diligence, customize investor reports, and track client interactions to ensure a smooth investor lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in investor relations or institutional sales support, a finance-related bachelor’s degree, and FINRA licenses or the ability to obtain them quickly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Investor Relations or Institutional Sales Support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7 and Series 63) or ability to obtain them quickly.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and polished client-facing judgment.
• Familiarity with alternative investments and institutional diligence processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers throughout the investor lifecycle.
• Coordinate due diligence materials and manage Q&A processes.
• Customize investor reporting and create executive-ready dashboards.
• Track client leads and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Provide day-to-day sales support to the Institutional team.
