Job summary

Mercor is building a high-quality library of public-company investor relations work products. You\'ll complete self-contained IR exercises from mock files (results packs, shareholder registers, analyst models) and produce the deliverable for each, graded against a rubric.

In this role, you will draft earnings releases, prepared remarks and Q&A briefs for quarterly calls; build investor-day materials and equity stories; analyze ownership to assess activist risk and provide

• 4+ years in an in-house investor relations role at a public company.
• Direct ownership of an earnings cycle: release, script, Q&A, analyst engagement.
