Job summary

Mercor in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced investor relations professional to lead IR activities and deliver high-quality communications around quarterly results. You will draft earnings releases, prepared remarks and Q&A briefs, and develop strategic materials for investor engagements.

Own the earnings cycle end-to-end, including guidance updates, scenario planning, and analyst engagement, while building investor-day materials and a clear equity story.

About the work

We're building a high-quality library of public-company investor relations work products. You'll complete self-contained IR exercises from mock files (results packs, shareholder registers, analyst models) and produce the deliverable for each, graded against a rubric.

What you'll do
