New Hampshire Community Loan Fund is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to oversee investor relationships, stewardship activities, and reporting systems. The role collaborates with the Philanthropy, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure a positive investor experience, including onboarding and high renewal rates.

The position reports to the Vice President of Investor & Donor Relations and requires 5–7 years in related fields, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of sales, fundraising, financial services, investor relations, or resource development experience preferred.
• Experience with investor relations, CRM strategies, and relationship-building is essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop and strengthen relationships with current and prospective investors to attract new investments and increase renewals.
• Own onboarding for new investors to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and outreach to connect investors with impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with Philanthropy Team to tailor engagement for major investors and donors.
• Serve as an ambassador for the Community Loan Fund in the community.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for Investments; provide updates and due diligence as needed.
