Qualifications

• 3-7+ years progressive experience building and managing high-value relationships that result in significant commitments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and donor engagement best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; working knowledge of Asana is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel frequently across the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of major donors and investors.
• Develop and execute relationship strategies to grow philanthropic support and investments.
• Plan and implement donor stewardship, proposals, updates, and events.
• Support strategy and campaigns for impact funds and annual giving.
