Lumen seeks a Senior Director, Investor Relations to lead and shape our investor communications and strategy. You will partner with Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Communications to translate technology roadmap, software, and financial performance into a compelling investment thesis.

The role requires 12+ years in IR/finance with 5+ years of leadership, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of capital markets and SEC disclosure requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 12+ years in Investor Relations or related capital markets roles with software/tech focus.
• 5+ years of leadership in Investor Relations, Finance, or Capital Markets.
• Public-company IR experience including earnings, disclosures, and executive prep.
• Deep knowledge of capital markets, valuation, and investor expectations.
• Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and public reporting obligations.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IR strategy to communicate long-term value and growth.
• Advise CEO/CFO/Board on investor sentiment, ownership trends, and market dynamics.
• Translate technology, product, and financial performance into compelling investment narratives.
• Lead investor targeting, engagement, and roadshows with analysts and institutions.
• Prepare earnings materials, presentations, and communications with discipline.
