Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in financial services, client service, sales support, investment operations, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and data interpretation.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform; familiarity with PitchBook/Preqin/Bloomberg is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive multitasking ability.
• Strong communication and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate investor and prospect records in Salesforce, including contact information, outreach activity, and fundraising status; resolve missing information, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and pipeline summaries to track fundraising activity and investor engagement.
• Gather updates from team members, track outstanding items, and ensure records reflect current activity.
• Assist with investor and prospect research, develop targeted contact lists, and support outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate email marketing, events, and follow-up activities, including tracking responses and engagement.
• Serve as a day-to-day Salesforce resource to support reporting and activity tracking.
